Drainage Report - November 9, 2020 - drainage report prepared by Huitt Zollars at the request of the town council to study the remaining developable land outside of the commercial district and if there are any regional needs to mitigate for increased runoff or existing homes in our near the 100 year floodplain. This engineering report was delivered to council in early November and presented and discussed at a public council meeting on Nov. 9, 2020.
Billingsley Company Presentation - July 12, 2021 - A joint meeting between the Town Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission and the EDC-CDC was held on Monday, July 12, 2021 where the Billingsley Company gave a presentation on the proposed development plans for the 242-acre mixed use development located within the commercial district.
