This Online Form is for Extra Trash and Recycling Carts.
Fill out this form below and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Once submitted, your request will be sent to the Utility Billing Department. A Fairview staff member will contact you by phone or email to verify your request within 2 business days.
Please note that there is an additional charge each month for each additional trash and recycle cart beyond 1. Extra Cart charges will need to be confirmed with Utility Billing before delivery of your new carts can be completed.
By selecting the above dropdown, I am affirming that I understand that there are additional charges associated with the addition of extra Trash or Recycle Carts beyond the first and that those charges are approx $8.57 + tax, per month, per extra cart depending on the approved cost from the city. I also understand that there are additional charges for both extra recycle and trash carts.
